For expression analysis, simply send Total RNA for "RNA-seq" or "CAGE," and we will deliver the analysis data via USB or HDD. We also offer rRNA removal and de novo assembly tailored to your needs. "CAGE" allows for more quantitative gene expression analysis compared to "RNA-seq." "NET-CAGE" is a new technology for enhancer RNA analysis. Other services include "ATAC-seq," "ChIP-seq," "WES," "WGS," and more.
